- What is mobiCode ?
mobiCode is a unique ReachThem.com id (for eg. JohnDoe) which you can use to direct messages
to your preferred mobile device (including a regular internet e-mail address). When someone
sends a mail to your mobiCode (JohnDoe@ReachThem.com) or someone sends a message to your mobiCode using ReachThem.com client software/ReachThem.com web-site, the message is automatically
sent to you at your preferred means of mobile communication device.
Currently supported devices include
- Cellphone
- Pager
- Rim 2-Way pager
- PageWriter
- any regular internet e-mail address
It will be a lot more easier for your friends to send a message to you @ your mobiCode using any of the following devices
- Cellphone
- PalmOS or PocketPC based PDAs
- Any 2-Way pager (including RIM/PageWriter)
- any e-mail client including MS-Outlook, Yahoo! mail etc.
- How does mobiCode make my life easier ?
With mobiCode you can pick your most preferred mobile device to be notified
when someone needs to contact you.
- In the first place it gives you a easily remember-able id
which your friends could use (for eg. JohnDoe). This is far more easier and flexible
to use than the long and not-so-friendly pager and cell-phone no's like (00987654321098).
- The most important use of mobiCode is that you can be reached by any mail client (eg. Microsoft's Outlook, or Yahoo! mail or a 2-way pager etc.),any Palm PDA with ReachThem.com software, or any cell phone with WAP capability. All your friends have to do is to remember your mobiCode and dash-off a message to you at yourMobiCode@ReachThem.com. Reachthem.com's technology enables that message to be directed to your preferred mobile-device.
- When u'r pager no. or cell no. changes or you wish to use a different mobile device for whatever reasons. You can simply
update your profile leaving your mobiCode unaffected which will be used by your
dear ones as usual.
- How do I change my device info with an mobiCode ? ?
Just log on with your mobiCode at ReachThem.com web-site using the password you entered while registering for the mobiCode. You will be presented with the all your data. You can update the fields you desire, the changes will be reflected immediately.
- How do I use ReachThem.com from a cellphone ?
You need a WAP enabled cellphone to use ReachThem.com from a cellphone.
Direct your wap browser to www.ReachThem.com/index.wml
and just follow the instructions.
- How do I use ReachThem.com from a PalmOS based PDA ?
Download reachThem software for the PalmOS on your device. Follow the
installation instructions and start using the software. Using the ReachThem.com PalmOS applicaiton
you can send messages to a mobiCode, pager, cellphone or any regular e-mail address.
- How do I use ReachThem.com from a PocketPC based PDA ?
PocketPC PDA users can use their HTML browser to connect to ReachThem.com web-site and
use the Send Message feature to send a message to any pager, or a cellphone.
- What are the devices supported by ReachThem.com ?
ReachThem.com can be used from a cellphone, PalmOS compatible PDA, PocketPC based PDA, and a PC. Do note that
all of the devices mentioned need to have internet connectivity. The mobile communication
devices you can reach (send a message to) include a PageWriter, Rim 2-Way pager,
any regular Pager, a cellphone. You can also reach any regular e-mail address from the devices
specified.

All PDAs running on PalmOS 3.0 and above are supported. You can download our software for
PalmOS PDAs for free. PocketPC users can use their HTML browser
to connect to ReachThem.com and use our service.
- How can I reach someone from my cellphone ?
You need a WAP enabled cellphone to use ReachThem.com from a cellphone.

and just follow the instructions.
- How can I reach someone from my PalmOS based PDA ?

- How can I reach someone from Internet ?
Log on to ReachThem.com and click on SendMessage to send a quick and short message to
a mobiCode, PageWriter, Rim 2-Way pager,
any regular Pager, or a cellphone. You can also send to any regular e-mail address. Alternatively you could use any internet mail client/software to send a short message to the mobiCode@ReachThem.com and it will reach the respective person's designated mobile device.
- How can I reach someone using Email?
Open any email-client like Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Web-site etc. and send a short e-mail to mobiCode@reachthem.com. The message will be delivered to the appropriate device of the person with the respective mobiCode.
- How can I reach someone who has a cellphone ?
- From ReachThem.com, click on SendMessage and enter the cellphone no. and choose the carrier, type in a short message and click send
- From a PalmOS based PDA use our ReachThem.com client and just follow the instructions. Key in the recipients cellphone no., choose the carrier, type the message and click send
- From a cellphone, log on to our WAP site www.ReachThem.com/index.wml, key in the cellphone no., choose the carrier, key in a short message and click send to send the message.
- How can I reach someone who has a pager ?
- From ReachThem.com, click on SendMessage and enter the pager no., choose the carrier, type a short message and click send
- From a PDA just follow the instructions, key in the recipients pager no.; choose the carrier; type the message and click send
- From a cellphone, log on to our WAP site www.ReachThem.com/index.wml, choose sending mail to a cellphone;
key in the cellphone no.; choose the carrier, type in a short message and click send to send the message.
- How can I reach someone who has a Rim pager ?

- What are requirements for the cellphone to use ReachThem.com ?
For cellphone users to use ReachThem.com service, the cellphone needs to be WAP enabled
and should be able to connect to the WML sites. Cell users can connect to our wml site at
www.ReachThem.com/index.wml
